WHEREAS, the Company provides marketing, content management, and advertising services on digital media platforms; and WHEREAS, the Client wishes to engage the Company's services to promote her business as detailed in this Agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, it is declared and agreed between the Parties as follows:
The Company shall provide the Client with ongoing management services for her business pages, including:
- Editing, producing, and uploading two (2) content assets per week (Posts, Reels, or Stories, according to strategy).
- Ongoing content management, defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and tracking organic growth.
- Editing raw visual materials (images and video) provided by the Client into finalized deliverables.
For the purpose of producing raw materials, the Client may provide the materials independently. Alternatively, she may hire the services of a Social Media Manager (outsourced via the Company) to physically arrive at the business premises and produce content on-site:
- Filming Day Rate: 500 NIS per day of activity (optional, subject to the Client's request).
- It is hereby clarified that should the Client choose to consistently provide all raw materials independently, allowing for the proper management of the pages, she shall be completely exempt from any charges related to filming days.
The Company shall set up and manage a sponsored advertising framework on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) for the Client, aiming to generate targeted exposure and acquire leads:
- Formulating an advertising strategy tailored to the Client's business objectives.
- Comprehensive campaign setup, including market research, precise target audience segmentation, and placement definition.
- Conducting A/B testing for creative materials and copywriting to optimize results and reduce costs.
- Daily monitoring, control, and optimization to maximize the yield of the advertising budget.
- Measuring performance results and tracking conversion data.
Appendix A: Recommended Media Budget
Based on a preliminary analysis, the average Cost Per Lead (CPL) in the fields of aesthetics and nail styling in the "Otef Shoham" area is ~25 NIS. To meet the goal of acquiring at least one new client per day, the recommended media budget is 2,500 NIS per month.

Investment & Service Fees
Please select the services you wish to include in your monthly retainer:
- Optional: Filming days will be billed separately at 500 NIS per day, only if requested.
- Note: The retainer does not include the media advertising budget, which is paid directly by the Client to Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Terms of Engagement & Payment Methods
It is hereby clarified and agreed that the commencement of work and the provision of services by the Company are conditional upon the fulfillment of two cumulative conditions: the signing of this Agreement by the Client, and the actual execution of payment for the services. Payment shall be made via a money transfer through the PayPal platform to the following email address: rubnozos@outlook.com.
